Return & Exchange Policy

The company permits customers to return or exchange their products during the 15 days following delivery when they discover defects in their order. Our procedure operates with three essential qualities which make it understandable, fair, and easy to follow.


Return Conditions

The following requirements must be fulfilled for customers to qualify for product returns or exchanges:

  • The item must be returned in its original state and not have been used or worn.

  • The jewellery must be returned in its original state, which includes the jewellery box and all documents that came with it

  • All documentation, which includes diamond certificates, appraisals, and product information, must be included.

A replacement document will require a fee if any certification document becomes lost or damaged. The company treats custom-made jewellery, engraved jewellery, personalised jewellery, and bespoke jewellery as non-returnable and non-exchangeable products.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please:

  1. Contact us via email at info@ringsofgermany.com within 15 days of delivery

  2. Your submission needs to include your order number, together with the item you want to return or exchange, and a short explanation of your reason. 

  3. The team will assess your request and deliver its decision within 24 business hours by providing complete instructions and a prepaid return label when applicable.

For exchanges, our consultants will assist you in selecting a replacement item. Once an exchange is completed, the new item becomes a final sale.


Refunds

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.
After approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times typically range from 1–3 business days, depending on your payment provider.
