At Rings of Germany, we guarantee the excellence and artisanship of all engagement ring settings and fine jewelry items that we manufacture. The Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty provides protection for concealed manufacturing defects which may become apparent after your order has been delivered for more than 30 days.

The warranty protects your jewelry against all defects. Our company maintains very strict quality control procedures, which enable us to test our jewelry products for both safety and endurance. The warranty protects manufacturing defects during its six-month period, which begins when the customer starts using the product but ends when the product sustains customer damage through usage or physical contact.

Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. Our team will investigate any manufacturing problems that occur in exceptional cases to determine the issue and provide suitable repair assistance, which follows this warranty.

The Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage and loss of stones resulting from impact, misuse, and third-party alterations.
