We offer a lifetime manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear conditions.
Each piece is carefully inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our highest quality standards
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:

If a defect occurs, our team will inspect the item and provide an appropriate repair or solution.
What’s Not Covered
To ensure clarity, the warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by impact, accidents, or misuse

Loss of stones due to wear, impact, or insufficient care

Damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, or harsh environments

Worn, bent, or weakened prongs over time

Damage resulting from improper storage or handling

Any resizing, repair, or modification carried out by a third-party jeweller
In such cases, we may still offer a paid repair service where possible
Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection
We offer a complimentary cleaning and inspection service to help maintain the beauty, safety, and longevity of your jewellery.
Regular inspections help ensure that stones remain secure and settings stay in optimal condition.
Important Warranty Conditions

“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable lifespan of the product under normal wear

Proof of purchase may be required
If a reported issue is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will inform you and provide a repair option if available.
Special Product Limitations
Certain jewellery types (e.g. tennis bracelets, necklaces, or highly delicate designs) may have limited warranty periods due to their structure and wear characteristics.

Statutory Warranty (Germany)
Under German law, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) from the date of delivery.
Our lifetime manufacturing warranty is offered in addition to these rights.
