Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods, or
• in the case of multiple goods in one order: the day you receive the last item

Exercise of the Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or post).

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs.

Additional costs resulting from non-standard delivery options are not refunded.

Refunds will be made:

• without undue delay
• within 14 days
• using the original payment method

We may withhold the refund until:

• we receive the goods, or
• you provide proof of return

Return of Goods

You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Return address:

Please avoid damage or contamination.

Return items in original packaging with all accessories where possible.

Loss in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine them.

Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made jewellery
• personalised or engraved items
• individually configured engagement rings
• specially sourced diamonds or gemstones where legally permitted.
