All orders are discreetly packaged and fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

Delivery Time

As all jewellery is made to order, the following timelines apply:

• Production time: approx. 30–35 days
• Shipping time: 1–3 business days within Germany

Total delivery time may vary depending on design approval (e.g. CAD confirmation).

You will receive updates throughout the entire process.

Shipping Process

Shipping is handled by established carriers (e.g. DHL or similar).

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

• Germany: free
• International: calculated at checkout or upon request

Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
