Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of:

§1 Scope

These T&C apply to all contracts between us and our customers.

A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.

A business customer is any legal or natural person acting in a commercial capacity.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

Product listings do not constitute legally binding offers.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer.

The contract is concluded upon:

• order confirmation or
• shipping confirmation or
• delivery of the goods

§3 Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is due either immediately or according to the terms of the selected payment provider.

Available payment methods may include:

• PayPal
• Klarna
• Credit Card / Shopify Payments
• Bank Transfer
• Cryptocurrency (by agreement)

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

§4 Delivery

Delivery is made to the specified address.

Production time for made-to-order items: approx. 3–5 weeks

Shipping time:

• Germany: 1–3 business days
• EU: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable.

Risk transfers to consumers upon delivery.

§5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Details are provided in a separate cancellation policy.

§6 Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made jewellery
• personalised or engraved items
• individually configured products

where legally permitted.

§7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Warranty period:

• Consumers: 2 years
• Businesses: 1 year

§8 Liability

We are fully liable for:

• intent
• gross negligence
• injury to life, body, or health

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations.

§9 Custom Orders

Many products are individually made.

By placing an order, the customer confirms:

• custom configuration
• production based on specifications
• exclusion of withdrawal rights

§10 Natural Products

Diamonds and gemstones are natural products.

Variations in:

• colour
• structure
• light reflection

do not constitute defects.

Certificates (e.g. GIA, IGI) are binding.

§11 Product Representation

Images are for illustration purposes.

Minor deviations do not constitute defects.

§12 Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is made.

§13 Copyright

All content is protected.

§14 Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

§15 Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is our registered office, where legally permitted.

§16 Final Provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Contract language is German.
